A quicker ouzi made with small pieces of chicken. The cubes are browned and taken out at once because they dry out quickly, then they return with the raisins on top of the rice for the last five minutes.

Method
Brown the chicken cubes in ghee over high heat until they take on color, then set them aside.

Sauté the onions in the same pot, then add the spices and vegetables.

Add the drained rice, hot broth, and salt, and cover the pot over low heat.

Return the chicken and raisins on top of the rice, cover the pot for five minutes, then turn it out and garnish with nuts.
