يوضّح هذا المستند كيفية جمع تطبيق وصفتنا ("التطبيق"، "نحن") لبياناتك واستخدامها وحمايتها. التطبيق مطوَّر من قِبل سمير حميدات (مطوّر فردي). استخدام التطبيق يعني الموافقة على الممارسات الموضحة أدناه.

1. المعلومات التي نجمعها

نجمع فقط البيانات اللازمة لتشغيل حسابك وخدمات التطبيق:

لا نطلب موقعًا دقيقًا أو في الخلفية، ولا نجمع جهات اتصالك، ولا نعرض إعلانات داخل التطبيق. تبقى الإحداثيات المستخدمة لحساب رمضان في ملف محلي مستثنى من النسخ الاحتياطي والنقل إلى جهاز آخر؛ ولا يُزامَن إلا مستوى المدينة الموضّح أعلاه.

2. كيف نستخدم بياناتك

• إنشاء حسابك وتسجيل دخولك والتحقق من بريدك الإلكتروني.
• إرسال رموز التحقق (OTP) وإعادة تعيين كلمة المرور عبر البريد الإلكتروني.
• إرسال الإشعارات المتعلقة بالتطبيق (يمكنك إيقافها من إعدادات جهازك).
• حفظ وصفاتك المفضلة وملاحظاتك وخططك وقوائم التسوق ومزامنتها عند تسجيل الدخول.
• حساب مواقيت الإفطار محليًا وتذكيرك بالتحضير عند اختيار استخدام ميزة رمضان.
• تخصيص تجربتك داخل التطبيق.
• تحسين التطبيق وتشخيص الأعطال وضمان الأمان ومنع إساءة الاستخدام.

3. مزودو الخدمة (أطراف ثالثة)

نستعين بمزودي خدمة موثوقين يعالجون البيانات نيابةً عنّا وفق سياسات الخصوصية الخاصة بهم:

• Google Firebase — المصادقة، قاعدة البيانات (Firestore)، التخزين، الدوال السحابية، App Check، التحليلات، تقارير الأعطال، الأداء، والإشعارات في نسخة Google Play. (السياسة)
• Resend — إرسال رسائل البريد الإلكتروني (رموز التحقق وإعادة التعيين)، تُعالَج داخل الاتحاد الأوروبي. (السياسة)
• تسجيل الدخول عبر Google — للتحقق من هويتك واستلام الاسم والبريد والصورة المتاحة في حسابك. (السياسة)
• Huawei Mobile Services — تسجيل الدخول عبر Huawei ID، Push Kit، والتحقق من سلامة الجهاز لنسخة AppGallery. (السياسة)
• Cloudflare Web Analytics — إحصاءات زيارات الموقع بدون ملفات تعريف الارتباط ودون تعريف الزائر. (السياسة)
• Google Analytics — إحصاءات استخدام الموقع، ولا تعمل إلا بعد موافقتك عليها. تستخدم ملفات تعريف الارتباط، ويمكنك رفضها. (السياسة)

تُخزَّن بياناتك وتُعالَج على خوادم مزودي الخدمة المذكورين أعلاه، وقد تكون هذه الخوادم خارج بلدك: قاعدة بيانات التطبيق في المملكة العربية السعودية، وصور الملف الشخصي في الولايات المتحدة، والدوال السحابية ورسائل البريد الإلكتروني في الاتحاد الأوروبي. وتنطبق إجراءات الحماية الموضحة في القسم 5 أينما خُزِّنت بياناتك.

نحن لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية ولا نشاركها لأغراض إعلانية.

4. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

نحتفظ ببيانات حسابك طالما ظلّ حسابك نشطًا. لا يمكن استخدام رمز التحقق بعد 10 دقائق، ويُحذف بعد استخدامه أو استبداله، كما تُنظَّف السجلات المنتهية خلال 24 ساعة.

عند طلبك حذف الحساب، لا يُحذف شيء فورًا: يبقى الحساب محفوظًا ٣٠ يومًا يمكنك خلالها التراجع بتسجيل الدخول، وبعد انتهاء المهلة تُحذف بياناتك الشخصية نهائيًا. التفاصيل الكاملة في صفحة حذف الحساب.

5. أمان البيانات

تُنقل البيانات عبر اتصالات مشفّرة (HTTPS/TLS). يدير Firebase Authentication كلمات المرور ولا يخزّنها التطبيق؛ وتُخزَّن رموز التحقق بصيغة مُجزّأة (hashed). يُقيَّد الوصول إلى البيانات عبر قواعد أمان Firebase وApp Check.

6. حقوقك

يحق لك الوصول إلى بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها. لتقديم أي طلب — بما في ذلك حذف الحساب — يمكن مراسلتنا على privacy@wasfetna.com وسنستجيب في غضون مدة معقولة.

7. خصوصية الأطفال

التطبيق غير موجَّه للأطفال دون سن 13 عامًا، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد.

8. التعديلات على هذه السياسة

قد نُحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. سننشر النسخة المُحدّثة على هذه الصفحة مع تعديل تاريخ "آخر تحديث".

This document explains how the Wasfetna app ("the app", "we") collects, uses, and protects your data. The app is developed by Sameer Hmedat (an individual developer). By using the app, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the data needed to run your account and the app's services:

We do not request precise or background location, collect your contacts, or show ads inside the app. Coordinates used for Ramadan calculations stay in a local file excluded from cloud backup and device transfer; only the city-level details described above are synced.

2. How We Use Your Data

• Create your account, sign you in, and verify your email.
• Send verification codes (OTP) and password-reset codes by email.
• Send app-related notifications (you can disable these in your device settings).
• Save and sync your favourites, notes, plans, cook history, and shopping lists when you sign in.
• Calculate iftar times on the device and schedule preparation reminders when you choose to use Ramadan planning.
• Personalize your experience within the app.
• Improve the app, diagnose crashes, and ensure security and abuse prevention.

3. Service Providers (Third Parties)

We rely on trusted service providers that process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies:

• Google Firebase — authentication, Firestore database, storage, cloud functions, App Check, analytics, crash reporting, performance, and messaging in the Google Play build. (Policy)
• Resend — email delivery (verification & reset codes), processed within the European Union. (Policy)
• Google Sign-In — to verify your identity and receive the name, email, and profile photo available from your account. (Policy)
• Huawei Mobile Services — Huawei ID sign-in, Push Kit, and device-integrity verification in the AppGallery build. (Policy)
• Cloudflare Web Analytics — website visit statistics, without cookies and without identifying the visitor. (Policy)
• Google Analytics — website usage statistics, which run only after you agree to them. They use cookies and you can refuse them. (Policy)

Your data is stored and processed on the servers of the service providers listed above, which may be outside your country: the app's database is in Saudi Arabia, profile photos are in the United States, and cloud functions and emails are in the European Union. The protections described in section 5 apply wherever your data is stored.

We do not sell your personal data and do not share it for advertising purposes.

4. Data Retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. Verification codes cannot be used after 10 minutes and are deleted after use or replacement; expired records are cleaned up within 24 hours.

When you request account deletion, nothing is removed straight away: the account is held for 30 days, during which signing in cancels the request. Once that window closes, the personal data associated with it is permanently deleted. Full details on the account deletion page.

5. Data Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Firebase Authentication handles passwords and the app does not store them; verification codes are stored in hashed form. Access is restricted through Firebase security rules and App Check.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. To make any request — including account deletion — email us at privacy@wasfetna.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

7. Children's Privacy

The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date.
