تحكم هذه الشروط ("الشروط") استخدامك لتطبيق وصفتنا ("التطبيق"، "نحن")، المطوَّر من قِبل سمير حميدات (مطوّر فردي). بإنشائك حسابًا أو استخدامك للتطبيق فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. إذا لم توافق عليها، فيرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق.
1. الأهلية
يجب أن يكون عمرك 13 عامًا على الأقل لاستخدام التطبيق. باستخدامك له فإنك تؤكّد أنك تستوفي هذا الشرط.
2. حسابك
- يمكنك إنشاء حساب عبر البريد الإلكتروني وكلمة المرور، أو تسجيل الدخول عبر Google أو Facebook.
- أنت مسؤول عن تقديم معلومات صحيحة، وعن الحفاظ على سرّية بيانات دخولك، وعن كل نشاط يجري عبر حسابك.
- يرجى إبلاغنا فورًا عند أي استخدام غير مصرّح به لحسابك.
3. الاستخدام المقبول
توافق على ألّا تقوم بما يلي:
- استخدام التطبيق لأي غرض غير قانوني أو مخالف لهذه الشروط.
- محاولة الوصول غير المصرّح به إلى أنظمتنا أو حسابات المستخدمين الآخرين.
- تعطيل التطبيق أو إثقال خوادمنا، أو إساءة استخدام نظام رموز التحقق والبريد الإلكتروني.
- إجراء هندسة عكسية للتطبيق أو نسخ محتواه أو استخراجه آليًا دون إذن.
- انتحال شخصية أي جهة أو تقديم معلومات مضلّلة.
يجوز لنا تعليق أو إنهاء الحسابات التي تخالف هذه الشروط.
4. المحتوى والملكية الفكرية
التطبيق وتصميمه وشعاره ومحتواه مملوكة للمطوّر ومحمية بموجب قوانين الملكية الفكرية. نمنحك ترخيصًا محدودًا وشخصيًا وغير قابل للتحويل لاستخدام التطبيق لأغراض شخصية وغير تجارية. وإذا أتاح لك التطبيق إرسال أي محتوى (مثل التعليقات أو الوصفات)، فإنك تظلّ مالكًا له وتتحمّل مسؤوليته، وتمنحنا ترخيصًا غير حصري لاستضافته وعرضه داخل التطبيق لتشغيل تلك الميزة.
5. الوصفات وإخلاء المسؤولية الصحية
تُقدَّم الوصفات والمعلومات الغذائية لأغراض إعلامية عامة فقط، وليست بديلًا عن الاستشارة الغذائية أو الطبية المتخصّصة. أنت مسؤول عن التحقق من المكوّنات لتجنّب أي حساسية غذائية، وعن اتّباع ممارسات آمنة في تحضير الطعام وحفظه.
6. خدمات الأطراف الثالثة
يعتمد التطبيق على خدمات من أطراف ثالثة (مثل تسجيل الدخول عبر Google وFacebook وخدمات Firebase). يخضع استخدامك لتلك الخدمات لشروطها وسياساتها الخاصة، ولسنا مسؤولين عنها. لمعرفة كيفية تعاملنا مع بياناتك، راجع سياسة الخصوصية.
7. توافر الخدمة
يُقدَّم التطبيق "كما هو" و"حسب توافره" دون أي ضمانات. لا نضمن أن يكون التطبيق خاليًا من الأخطاء أو متاحًا دون انقطاع، وقد نعدّل ميزاته أو نوقفها في أي وقت.
8. حدود المسؤولية
إلى الحد الذي يسمح به القانون، لا يتحمّل المطوّر المسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو تبعية تنشأ عن استخدامك للتطبيق. التطبيق مجاني ومقدَّم كمشروع شخصي.
9. إنهاء الاستخدام
يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام التطبيق وحذف حسابك في أي وقت. ويجوز لنا تعليق أو إنهاء الوصول في حال مخالفة هذه الشروط أو لأسباب أمنية.
10. التعديلات على هذه الشروط
قد نُحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. سننشر النسخة المُحدّثة على هذه الصفحة مع تعديل تاريخ "آخر تحديث"، ويُعدّ استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد ذلك موافقةً على الشروط المُحدّثة.
11. القانون الحاكم
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Wasfetna app ("the app", "we"), developed by Sameer Hmedat (an individual developer). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Your Account
- You can create an account with an email and password, or sign in with Google or Facebook.
- You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account.
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or to other users' accounts.
- Disrupt the app or overload our servers, or abuse the verification-code and email system.
- Reverse-engineer the app or copy or scrape its content without permission.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or provide misleading information.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Content & Intellectual Property
The app, its design, logo, and content are owned by the developer and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. If the app lets you submit content (such as comments or recipes), you retain ownership of and responsibility for it, and you grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display it within the app to operate that feature.
5. Recipes & Health Disclaimer
Recipes and nutritional information are provided for general informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional dietary or medical advice. You are responsible for checking ingredients for allergies and for following safe food-preparation and storage practices.
6. Third-Party Services
The app relies on third-party services (such as Google and Facebook sign-in and Firebase services). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them. To learn how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy.
7. Service Availability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we may modify or discontinue features at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. The app is free and provided as a personal project.
9. Termination
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or for security reasons.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date; continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
