يشرح هذا المستند كيفية حذف حسابك في تطبيق وصفتنا، وما البيانات التي تُحذف وما الذي يبقى. التطبيق مطوَّر من قِبل سمير حميدات (مطوّر فردي).

1. كيفية حذف حسابك

الحذف يتم من داخل التطبيق، ويتطلّب تسجيل الدخول:

1. فتح تطبيق وصفتنا وتسجيل الدخول بحسابك.
2. الذهاب إلى تبويب حسابي في الشريط السفلي.
3. التمرير إلى أسفل الصفحة والضغط على حذف الحساب.
4. تأكيد الحذف في النافذة التي تظهر.

لا يُحذف شيء فورًا. يبقى حسابك محفوظًا ٣٠ يومًا، ثم يُحذف نهائيًا. إن غيّرت رأيك، يكفي تسجيل الدخول قبل انتهاء المدة، وسيسألك التطبيق عن الاحتفاظ بحسابك.

بعد انتهاء الثلاثين يومًا يصبح الحذف نهائيًا ولا يمكن التراجع عنه.

نرسل لك رسالة إلى بريدك الإلكتروني فور تسجيل الطلب، تذكر تاريخ الحذف وكيفية إيقافه، ورسالة أخرى بعد اكتمال الحذف.

إن تعذّر تسجيل الدخول، يمكن مراسلتنا على support@wasfetna.com من نفس البريد المسجّل في الحساب، وسنحذفه نيابةً عنك.

2. ما الذي يُحذف

بعد انتهاء مهلة الثلاثين يومًا تُمحى كل البيانات التالية نهائيًا:

• بيانات تحليلية وتشخيصية مجمّعة (إحصاءات الاستخدام وسجلات الأعطال) — لا ترتبط باسمك أو بريدك، وتُحفظ ضمن مدد الاحتفاظ الافتراضية لدى Google ثم تُحذف تلقائيًا.
• حسابك نفسه خلال مهلة الثلاثين يومًا — يبقى كما هو حتى تنتهي المهلة، ويمكنك إلغاء الحذف في أي وقت قبلها.
• رسائل الدعم التي أرسلتها إلينا سابقًا تبقى في بريد الدعم، ويمكنك طلب حذفها بمراسلتنا.

لا نحتفظ بنسخة من حسابك أو مفضّلاتك بعد الحذف.

4. حذف جزء من بياناتك فقط

إن أردت إزالة بيانات محدّدة دون حذف الحساب، فتح حسابي ← تعديل الملف الشخصي ومسح الحقل المطلوب (الصورة، تاريخ الميلاد، الجنس). البريد الإلكتروني مطلوب لتشغيل الحساب ولا يمكن إزالته دون حذف الحساب.

This page explains how to delete your Wasfetna account, what data is removed, and what is kept. Wasfetna is developed by Sameer Hmedat (individual developer).

1. How to delete your account

Deletion happens inside the app and requires you to be signed in:

1. Open the Wasfetna app and sign in to your account.
2. Go to the Account tab in the bottom bar.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
4. Confirm in the dialog that appears.

Nothing is deleted straight away. Your account is held for 30 days, then permanently deleted. If you change your mind, sign in before the 30 days are up and the app will ask whether you want to keep it.

Once the 30 days have passed the deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

We email you as soon as the request is made — it gives the deletion date and how to stop it — and again once the deletion is complete.

If you can no longer sign in, email support@wasfetna.com from the address registered on the account and we will delete it for you.

Once the 30-day hold ends, all of the following is permanently erased:

• Aggregated analytics and diagnostics (usage statistics and crash logs). These are not linked to your name or email, and are held under Google's default retention periods before being deleted automatically.
• Your account itself, during the 30-day hold — it stays exactly as it is until the window closes, and you can cancel at any point before then.
• Support emails you previously sent us remain in the support mailbox. Email us if you want those removed too.

We keep no copy of your account or your favourites after deletion.

4. Deleting only some of your data

To remove specific details without deleting the account, open Account → Edit profile and clear the field you want (photo, date of birth, gender). Your email address is required to run the account and cannot be removed without deleting it.
