يوضّح هذا المستند كيفية جمع تطبيق وصفتنا ("التطبيق"، "نحن") لبياناتك واستخدامها وحمايتها. التطبيق مطوَّر من قِبل سمير حميدات (مطوّر فردي). باستخدامك للتطبيق فإنك توافق على الممارسات الموضحة أدناه.
1. المعلومات التي نجمعها
نجمع فقط البيانات اللازمة لتشغيل حسابك وخدمات التطبيق:

لا نجمع موقعك الجغرافي، ولا جهات اتصالك، ولا نستخدم أي شبكات إعلانات.
2. كيف نستخدم بياناتك
- إنشاء حسابك وتسجيل دخولك والتحقق من بريدك الإلكتروني.
- إرسال رموز التحقق (OTP) وإعادة تعيين كلمة المرور عبر البريد الإلكتروني.
- إرسال الإشعارات المتعلقة بالتطبيق (يمكنك إيقافها من إعدادات جهازك).
- تخصيص تجربتك داخل التطبيق.
- تحسين التطبيق وتشخيص الأعطال وضمان الأمان ومنع إساءة الاستخدام.
3. مزودو الخدمة (أطراف ثالثة)
نستعين بمزودي خدمة موثوقين يعالجون البيانات نيابةً عنّا وفق سياسات الخصوصية الخاصة بهم:
- Google Firebase — المصادقة، قاعدة البيانات (Firestore)، الدوال السحابية، التحليلات، تقارير الأعطال، الأداء، والإشعارات. (السياسة)
- Resend — إرسال رسائل البريد الإلكتروني (رموز التحقق وإعادة التعيين)، تُعالَج داخل الاتحاد الأوروبي. (السياسة)
- تسجيل الدخول عبر Google وواجهة People API — لجلب الاسم والبريد وتاريخ الميلاد والجنس عند موافقتك. (السياسة)
- تسجيل الدخول عبر Facebook وواجهة Graph API — لجلب الاسم والبريد وتاريخ الميلاد والجنس عند موافقتك. (السياسة)
نحن لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية ولا نشاركها لأغراض إعلانية.
4. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
نحتفظ ببيانات حسابك طالما ظلّ حسابك نشطًا. تنتهي صلاحية رموز التحقق خلال 10 دقائق وتُحذف بعدها. عند حذف حسابك، نحذف بياناتك الشخصية المرتبطة به.
5. أمان البيانات
تُنقل البيانات عبر اتصالات مشفّرة (HTTPS/TLS)، وتُخزَّن كلمات المرور ورموز التحقق بصيغة مُجزّأة (hashed)، ويُقيَّد الوصول إلى البيانات عبر قواعد أمان Firebase.
6. حقوقك
يحق لك الوصول إلى بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها. لتقديم أي طلب — بما في ذلك حذف الحساب — راسلنا على privacy@wasfetna.com وسنستجيب في غضون مدة معقولة.
7. خصوصية الأطفال
التطبيق غير موجَّه للأطفال دون سن 13 عامًا، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد.
8. التعديلات على هذه السياسة
قد نُحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. سننشر النسخة المُحدّثة على هذه الصفحة مع تعديل تاريخ "آخر تحديث".

This document explains how the Wasfetna app ("the app", "we") collects, uses, and protects your data. The app is developed by Sameer Hmedat (an individual developer). By using the app, you agree to the practices described below.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only the data needed to run your account and the app's services:

We do not collect your location, your contacts, and we use no advertising networks.
2. How We Use Your Data
- Create your account, sign you in, and verify your email.
- Send verification codes (OTP) and password-reset codes by email.
- Send app-related notifications (you can disable these in your device settings).
- Personalize your experience within the app.
- Improve the app, diagnose crashes, and ensure security and abuse prevention.
3. Service Providers (Third Parties)
We rely on trusted service providers that process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies:
- Google Firebase — authentication, database (Firestore), cloud functions, analytics, crash reporting, performance, and messaging. (Policy)
- Resend — email delivery (verification & reset codes), processed within the European Union. (Policy)
- Google Sign-In and the People API — to retrieve your name, email, birthday, and gender when you consent. (Policy)
- Facebook Login and the Graph API — to retrieve your name, email, birthday, and gender when you consent. (Policy)
We do not sell your personal data and do not share it for advertising purposes.
4. Data Retention
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. Verification codes expire within 10 minutes and are then deleted. When you delete your account, we delete the personal data associated with it.
5. Data Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Passwords and verification codes are stored in hashed form, and access to data is restricted through Firebase security rules.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. To make any request — including account deletion — email us at privacy@wasfetna.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
7. Children's Privacy
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date.
